In my experience success isn’t just about winning at the things you do, but also about keeping what you win. If you focus all of your energy on a single strategy, and then notice that you are doing well, it’s incredibly important to start figuring out how you can diversify your efforts. The last thing you want is your whole business falling apart because you did not have a plan B!

As long as we are pushing forward, learning from our failures, and celebrating our victories (no matter how small) we are inching towards success. Success is really hard to achieve, it’s a journey comparable to a roller coaster ride, but lets be real here… once you try it, you can never go back!

I admit, there are plenty of times that honest criticism has helped me make the right decisions, and that type of feedback is a huge benefit as we grow and evolve. However, there is also the type of criticism that isn’t meant to be constructive, instead it’s meant to put you down. This is the stuff that needs to be tossed in the ignore pile — permanently.
