I think in the end, once the odds are weighed and possible tasks tallied up, it really just depends on how badly we want to accomplish something. Some of us will give up after a few days, others after a year, but unless we have the drive to keep going until we reach what we want, it won’t happen for us any other way. Success isn’t handed down like wealth is. Success must be earned.

It’s very easy to get distracted by the things that can never give us purpose; comparing wealth, fame, material possessions and even virtues is just a way to give us either a sense of pride, or a sense of resentment. Purpose on the other hand will captivate, it will encourage and motivate. What’s your purpose?
