Nothing is ever the right time, and that is one of our biggest weaknesses. We need to start small, do a little, invest a little and build up interest. If we hate it, we stop, if we enjoy it, we double down. We are innovative beings by nature, and as time goes on there is so much we can do. A year is more time than we think!

We all see it, the shine, the success that some are so blessed with, and yet we struggle thinking we are the only ones with a long tail of failures. We seem to know the inner workings of our lives, the effort that goes into everything we do, but we often forget that what’s on the surface is the easiest to see.

The person I am tomorrow will not be the person I am today, and as long as every day I learn something new I know that in a little while my dedication will eventually pay off. There are a tremendous amount of days in a lifetime, but we also must consider the tragedy of an unfulfilled life that ended too soon. We all have our days, I guess the question is how will we spend them.

I stay quiet, but I remember what happened and feel as if the best use of time and effort is to improve my situation instead of trying to degrade someone else’s. I keep focus on working as hard as I can, so when my success is discovered, I can secretly revel in my good fortune.

The other day I was taking to a friend that had some truly amazing plans, really well thought-out and a big dream come true if successful. Of course the biggest thing he was afraid of was failure, and in many ways we are all terrified if the what ifs don’t go as planned.

Attitude is everything, there is absolutely no way we can be successful at something we don’t like doing, or something that doesn’t interest us. If there is only one thing we can discover about ourselves, it should definitely be what we love to do, and then we can figure out how to make that our life.

There is nothing worse than constantly being our worst critic and knowing we will never arrive at what is desired.

I think it’s fair to say that if we make a mistake and learn from it, and then take that knowledge and use it to further our understanding then we have succeeded. If we take that approach and multiply it over a span of weeks, months and even years, then we have successfully navigated through life’s rather complex learning curve.

There is nothing like being ignorant of the unsurmountable odds we face at the end of the day, and we only truly realize the scale of difficulty we face looking back at the things we have already done. The only reason why we have the confidence to keep going is because we never truly appreciate how massive something can become until it’s split into thousands of days of labor.
