Daily Reflection: Friday, April 26th, 2019

There are a so many reasons for our procrastination; we do it because we are afraid of the end result, or we have a hard time staying motivated, or maybe the work we once loved now feels like a grind. A great trick to see if we can overcome it, is to start the task, do it for 5 min and see if we want to keep going. It may not always work, but it’s worth a try.
