Likely one of the most soul sucking things we can be engaged in is work that we hate to do, and yet we do it because the success of it all matters more than our enjoyment.

Why do you go away? So that you can come back. So that you can see the place you came from with new eyes and extra colors. And the people there see you differently, too. Coming back to where you started is not the same as never leaving.
Sure it’s complex, scary and there are a lot of unknowns — but unless we decide to take that first step, to get our hands dirty and to start our journey, that’s all that it will be, just a dream.
